Hello, I need help to reset the password for my DVR.
Model: GXVRD2008
Board: XVR34C-V300-8CH-V1.1
Serial Number: D20081809000048
Power: DC 12V/2.0A
8 Channel, PAL, H.264
I forgot the admin password and I need to reset it to factory default.
The Forget Password screen shows “Secure E-mail” verification mode only, with Export and Import buttons, but the USB is not working properly.
Please help me with the firmware file or reset solution.
